Servicing Real Estate needs since 1994, PDX Metro Commercial, LLC was originally formed as the parent company of the Windermere Franchise and was to conduct all Property Management functions. Since then we have used our knowledge of the local market and deep passion to develop a full service Commercial Real Estate company representing investors, developers, property owners, business owners and corporate users.

 

Over the years, the company has expanded and contracted according to the demand. At one point, we found ourselves managing 250 apartment units in mid county (in addition to the office complexes). This decision was originally made to compliment the brokerage side, even though the project was to completely remodel and rehabilitate the complexes for marketability, and subsequently sell them. As this reached conclusion, we saw new capabilities in what we can offer and it was decided to instead grow our business even further and focus our efforts on buying, selling & leasing commercial properties and higher end residential properties, which we have successfully been serving since!
