I was born in Portland and though I spent most of my younger years here, left to attend University of Washington. Twenty years ago, after spending time in several locations on the West Coast (Seattle to Anaheim), I moved back to Portland. Prior to entering the real estate field, most of my time was spent primarily in the Lumber Industry, including owning a remanufacturing facility that employed over 200 people. I have been in Portland Real Estate since 1990 and a Broker since 1993, at which time I started doing Commercial Real Estate exclusively. During this time I have been involved in many aspects of sales, leasing and developing of properties, primarily office and apartments.
I began working with
Richard Levy at Bluestone Hockley full time in Commercial Real Estate in 1994.
We have since worked together as partners in leasing and selling hundreds of
buildings together with our former assistant (who has since retired) and were
named one of the outstanding Leasing Teams in Portland in 1998 by Oregon
Business Magazine! I rejoined Richard (Dick) Levy in 2006 to form PDX Metro
Commercial, LLC and Windermere Community Commercial Realty, which both manages,
sells and leases commercial properties. Dick and I also started a residential
division this past January 2011, Windermere/Community Realty, with over 25
agents and still growing!
